Rethinking Intimacy

Last week, we talked about consent. This week, we're following up with sexual coercion and intimacy!

Sexual coercion can be difficult to identify and tough to pinpoint as it is often more subtle than direct. By understanding what it is, we are able to identify it in our own lives.

Being pressured into doing something beyond your boundaries shows the lack of respect from the other person. No one should feel guilty for establishing their boundaries or revoking their consent in any situation that makes them feel uncomfortable.
